Reserve a Room   

VCU faculty, staff, and student org leaders can use EMS, an online scheduling portal, to reserve VCU’s campus spaces, including classrooms, conference rooms, theaters, outdoor meeting spaces, and athletic fields/courts. EMS users can browse availability, make a reservation, or modify a reservation.

For non-university reservation, please complete the Non- University Event Request Form (google.com). For any questions or additional information about reserving spaces on campus, please email uscaevent@vcu.edu .
 

Reserve a Room with EMS

The EMS portal requires an account with a username and password. Anyone who needs help with EMS or wants to request EMS account access, may email uscaevent@vcu.edu or call 804.828.9502.

The Event Services team at The Commons manages the EMS portal at VCU. This team is always available for support and training on how to use the EMS platform. Look for helpful guides and videos on the EMS home page.
