Event Services team help Rams reserve event spaces in the University Student Commons and in the outdoor spaces.

VCU Commons Flex Space Request Form
Interested in requesting the use of a flexible space within and immediately surrounding the VCU University Student Commons that are NOT reservable through the Event Management System Mazevo. Please complete the VCU Commons Flex Space Request Form.
Please use this form for requests such as:
-Lobby, public area, or hallway usage
-Donation box drives
-Banners/marketing space
-Window decorating
-Art or class project installations
-Other locations not listed in EMS
