Event Services team help Rams schedule and manage spaces in the three student centers (The Commons, Hunton, and Larrick). They also oversee space reservations for nearly 80% of VCU through the EMS WebApp.
VCU Commons Flex Space Request Form
Interested in requesting the use of a flexible space within and immediately surrounding the VCU University Student Commons that are NOT reservable through the Event Management System (EMS)? Please complete the VCU Commons Flex Space Request Form.
Please use this form for requests such as:
-Lobby, public area, or hallway usage
-Donation box drives
-Banners/marketing space
-Window decorating
-Art or class project installations
-Other locations not listed in EMS
