The Commons is the gateway to finding your life-changing experiences.   At The Commons, you can find your best friends, learn new skills, get involved in your community, and more. There’s always something going on, so check us out and FIND YOUR passion, friends, club, career, and fun. 

With nearly 500 student organizations on campus, you can find just the right student org or group.  VCU has something for everyone! From Nerf Club to Health Science Club to Tea and Waffles Club, you’re bound to find the right one for you.

Looking to find your home away from home? Join one of VCU’s 40-plus fraternities and sororities!

Want to find fellow students to advocate with?  Run for VCU’s Student Government Association. Start by attending a meeting to check it out. 

Looking to find your fun with friends or meet some new ones? Come to events hosted by the student-run Activities Programming Board (APB). With everything from high-energy dance parties and trips to amusement parks and laid-back movie nights and celebrity guest speakers, there’s something to do almost every day! APB’s events are open to all students and are almost always free, so go and check them out.
